What type of information do we collect?
Traffic Data: Cobb Innovations, LLC may receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history.
We may use software tools, such as Google Analytics and Traffic Data, to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. This information is not examined for Personally Identifiable Information.
Cobb Innovations, LLC may require each customer to provide us with personally identifiable information to access some of our products and services. Personally Identifiable Information is captured when a visitor accesses Online Services, or speaks on the phone with a Cobb Innovation, LLC employee, and willingly discloses that information. This disclosure may occur when a visitor registers with an Online Service, or engages in transactions, contacts customer service, or participates in contests, promotions, surveys, forums, content submissions, requests for suggestions, or other aspects of services offered by Cobb Innovations, LLC.

When you conduct a transaction on either Paper Forensics or SecureDoc-DNA websites, as part of the process, we may collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
Why we collect such personal information?
Cobb Innovations LLC collects such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate our Online Services.
- To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support.
- To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages.
- To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services.

How we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors’ personal information?
Our company website is hosted on the The Web Provider platform. It provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through SecureDoc-DNA’s data storage, databases and our general applications. We store your data on secure servers behind multiple firewalls.
All direct payment gateways offered by Square and PayPal and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
How we communicate with your site visitors?
We use information we collect from the Online Services to communicate with you, process your orders, facilitate your transactions with our third-party marketing partners, and inform you of special offers and discounts (e.g. email, text message, etc. and for marketing campaigns, promotions, updates, etc.).
We send promotional emails and newsletters from time to time to users who have registered on the site and to those who have opted in to receive such emails. Generally, you may not opt-out of service-related or transactional communications which are not promotional. If you wish to no longer receive service-related communications, you may terminate your account by contacting Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 912-432-3832. However, you can opt-out of promotional communications by using the “Unsubscribe” link and following the unsubscribe instructions.
